Brief, sample, quote in 24 hours.

Brief

You send the product URL and one line on where the film will run. That is the whole brief. If we need anything else, we ask in the first reply.

Sample

Inside two working days you receive a 10 second film of that product in the style we think suits it. Watch it on your phone, show it to whoever signs things off.

Quote

If the sample is right, you get a written quote in your currency inside 24 hours, with the delivery date on it. Approve by email and the first cut arrives within five working days.

Included as standard on every film

Two revision rounds. Three formats (16:9, 9:16 and 1:1). Captions. Licensed music. Delivery in five working days. Elsewhere each of these is a line on the invoice; here they are the job. Quoted and invoiced in your own currency, each film its own order.

How the films are made: a director briefs the shots, the motion is generated with AI video tools from your product photography, and an editor cuts, grades, captions and scores the result by hand. That is why there is no shoot day and why the sample is free. What you receive is reviewed by a person before it leaves the studio.

Working with a studio overseas

The things people worry about, in writing.

  • Invoiced in your own currency, whichever it is. No conversion surprises on your side, and nothing unusual for your accounts team to handle.
  • A one page contract in plain English: what you get, when, what it costs, who owns it. You own the films outright on payment.
  • Replies inside your working day, from a named person, within 24 hours. Our day overlaps with almost every time zone at one end or the other, so most replies land before your first coffee wherever you are.
  • Two revision rounds on every film, written into the quote, not negotiated after the fact.
  • Your product images are used only for your films and deleted on request. Nothing is shared or reused.
  • If the sample film misses, we say so and you owe nothing. We would rather lose the job than argue about it.
