If you run a direct to consumer brand or an online store in Hyderabad and you are choosing a marketing agency in 2026, here is the shortlist by fit, not by size. MindHuntz for a founder who wants a Hyderabad based team running Meta and Google Shopping campaigns day to day. Quadrilite for a store that needs Shopify marketing, marketplace listings and marketing automation handled from one Hitech City office. Noir & Blanco for a fashion, beauty or luxury brand already selling well that wants a Shopify Plus specialist and does not mind that the team sits in Mumbai. Serveasie for a first time seller who needs Amazon and Flipkart looked after alongside a small Shopify store. Sorted for a brand whose problem is the second order, not the first. Sweans for a founder whose store itself needs rebuilding before any advertising makes sense. And Vridhii Digital, our own studio in Sainikpuri, for a founder who wants the brand, the website and the search presence built by one small team before the first rupee goes into ads.

We are last on our own list on purpose. The criteria come before the names, and further down we say plainly who should not hire us.

A word on the words. D2C means direct to consumer, a brand that sells from its own website rather than only through shops or marketplaces. Search engine optimisation, SEO for short, is showing up on Google without paying per click. AI search optimisation, AIO on this site, is being the brand ChatGPT or Gemini names when a shopper asks for a recommendation. We spell them out because almost nobody in India types the acronyms.

How we picked this list

Four tests, applied in this order.

First, the firm had to be findable for a search a founder would actually run. We searched D2C marketing agency Hyderabad, ecommerce marketing agency Hyderabad with performance marketing and Shopify added, and best D2C performance marketing agencies Hyderabad with Meta ads added, on 5 October 2026, and took the three result pages as they came, 27 results in all.

Second, the firm had to sell to online brands as a named audience, with a page built for them.

Third, we looked for something beyond a claim: a registered address, a named client, a number attached to a date rather than a round figure attached to nothing.

Fourth, each firm had to be strongest at something different, because a list where everyone is good at everything helps nobody choose.

Two disclosures. We compete with some of the firms here, so read us accordingly. And we interviewed nobody. We read what the search engine shows about each firm, which is what a founder in Kondapur or Kompally reads on a phone before deciding whom to call.

What we found reading 27 results

The first thing you notice is that the question is being answered mostly by people selling the answer. Of the 27 results, 13 were lists of agencies, and 10 of those were written by an agency that placed itself on its own list: Noir & Blanco wrote four, LapaOne three, and ZeroAdo, NJ Graphica and ITD Growth Labs one each. Only one LinkedIn article and two Semrush directory pages came from somewhere neutral. If every list of the best agencies in Hyderabad reads the same, that is why.

The second thing is that Hyderabad is mostly a landing page, not an address. The remaining 13 results were service pages from nine agencies. Only two publish a registered Hyderabad address: MindHuntz in Madhapur and Quadrilite at Vasu Building in Hitech City. The other seven rank for Hyderabad from somewhere else: Noir & Blanco, Emerge Digital and Sqroot Media from Mumbai, Sorted from Pune, DigitalDC from Bengaluru, Sweans from London and Kochi, and Serveasie from Gudivada in Krishna district, whose Hyderabad page sits beside identical pages for Bangalore. None of that makes them worse at Meta ads. It does mean that when a page says agency in Hyderabad, the word in is doing a lot of work.

The third thing is concentration. Noir & Blanco alone held eight of the 27 results and position one on all three searches. Across its pages it publishes two different sets of headline figures, one reading 50 plus brands and a 5.5 average return on ad spend, the other 41 plus brands and a 4.6 average. Both may be true at different dates. Neither is attached to a named client or a month.

The fourth thing matters most. Not one of the 27 results named a Hyderabad D2C brand beside a dated result a reader could check. That is striking in a city where Inc42's 2026 list of the best funded D2C startups in Hyderabad includes Troo Good at 17.4 million dollars raised, Good Health Company at 15.2 million, Manam Chocolate with a 9 million dollar Series A led by Omnivore and Nourish You with a Series A of about 16 crore rupees led by SIDBI Venture Capital. Those brands buy marketing from somebody. Nobody ranking for the query says so.

The original number. Of 27 first page results for three Hyderabad D2C and ecommerce agency searches on 5 October 2026, 13 were lists and 10 of those were written by an agency ranking itself. Of the nine agencies with service pages in the results, 2 publish a Hyderabad registered address and 7 are based in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, London or Gudivada. 0 of the 27 named a Hyderabad D2C client beside a dated result. This is a first party reading logged in our data ledger as entry 56. One caveat: our own network would not open any of the nine agency domains on the day, so this reads what the search engine shows about each firm, not the pages themselves.

We fail the test we set, like everyone else here. We have a D2C brand launch service and we have written about building the brand before the ads, but we have not published a Hyderabad consumer brand beside a dated sales number, and until we do, this row says so.

Who each firm actually fits

MindHuntz

The strongest fit for a founder who wants the people running the ad account in the same city, reachable for a weekly sit down. The agency is three years old, which cuts both ways: hungry, and without a long record. Ask for one Hyderabad brand by name with permission to call, and ask who actually touches your account each week.

Quadrilite

Worth a conversation if you want one vendor for the Shopify store, the marketplace listings and the automation behind them, and would rather coordinate one Hitech City office than three freelancers. Its published client list leans overseas, Fernsnpetals alongside American personal brands, so ask for an Indian consumer brand it has run store and marketplace work for together.

Noir & Blanco

Take them seriously if you sell fashion, beauty, wellness or luxury on Shopify, the store is no longer the problem, and you want a specialist who has done this many times. Ask which of the two published figure sets is current, ask for one brand in your category with a month attached, and ask how often someone from Mumbai will be in Hyderabad.

Serveasie

A reasonable first agency for a small seller who needs Amazon and Flipkart catalogue and account health looked after while a modest Shopify store gets built. The firm is run from Gudivada and says so on its own pages, which we respect more than a borrowed address. Ask how support works when a listing is suppressed on a Friday evening.

Sorted

The right call if your first purchase economics work and your problem is that nobody buys twice. Sorted's stack leans on Klaviyo and retention rather than acquisition alone. It is in Pune, and its Hyderabad page is aimed at kids and baby brands, so ask whether your category is one it has actually run.

Sweans

Call them if the store is the problem: slow, on the wrong theme, breaking at checkout. Sweans does development first, from Kochi and London. It is not the firm to run your ads, and it will likely say so.

Vridhii Digital

A small studio in Sainikpuri. We build the brand identity, the website and the search presence, the Google kind and the AI answer kind, for the same client with one team, and we run the first paid campaigns as a test rather than the whole plan. We have not published a Hyderabad D2C client with a dated sales result yet, and we are telling you that before you ask.

What moves the price up and down

Nobody on this list publishes a rate, so here is the logic instead. Our pricing post covers the general case; these parts are specific to selling online.

The billing model is the first variable. Percentage of ad spend, flat monthly fee, or a flat base plus a bonus tied to revenue. Percentage billing is the default for performance agencies and it quietly rewards a bigger budget. Ask what happens to the fee if the right answer is to spend less.

Creative volume is the second. Meta campaigns burn through creatives in days, and a brand that needs twelve new ad variations a week is buying a production line, not a media buyer. Ask how many a month are included and what the next one costs.

Catalogue size is the third. Eight products need one good feed and one good store. Four hundred products across sizes and colours need feed management, collection pages and search work that grows with every new line, and the fee grows with it.

Marketplaces are the fourth. Adding Amazon and Flipkart to a Shopify store is a second business with its own catalogue rules, ads and support queue, which is why Serveasie and Quadrilite sell it as a line of its own.

Returns are the fifth, and the one agencies rarely mention because it is not their fault. Unicommerce's India D2C report, published in April 2026 from more than 400 million order items across over 6,000 brands, put return to origin rates at 39.2 percent at the November 2025 festive peak, easing to 21.0 percent by March 2026 among brands that fixed order verification. Every parcel that comes back was paid for twice, once in ads and once in shipping, so an agency that never asks about your return rate is reporting half the picture. The same report found 66 percent of new D2C orders came from tier two and tier three cities, which should change where your ads run.

Our own pricing page explains how we scope work like this without a rate card, because the five variables above decide the number, not a package name.

Who should not hire Vridhii

A brand spending twenty or thirty lakh rupees a month on Meta that needs a bench of media buyers turning out dozens of ads a week should call Noir & Blanco or MindHuntz, not us. We are a small team and the ads are the test, not the product.

A seller whose main channel is Amazon or Flipkart should call Serveasie or Quadrilite. We do not run marketplace accounts. A brand whose store needs rebuilding from scratch on Shopify Plus should call Sweans or Emerge Digital first.

A founder who wants the cheapest quote on this page, or a firm that bills as a percentage of spend, should look elsewhere. We price for attention, not for volume.

And a founder who wants a vendor to run a finished plan with no questions will find us difficult. We ask about margin, repeat rate and returns before we discuss an audience.

Five questions to ask before you sign anything

Ask for one consumer brand in Hyderabad, by name, with permission to call them. None of the firms ranking for the query on 5 October 2026 had put one on the page, so the call tells you more than the website.

Ask how they bill, and what happens to the fee in a month where they recommend spending less.

Ask them to model your return on ad spend from your margin and return rate before they quote their average. An agency that quotes 4.6 or 5.5 before asking what you make per order is quoting a brochure.

Ask who makes the creatives, how many a month are included, and who owns the files when you leave.

Ask what happens if the account produces nothing by month four, and listen for whether they describe a decision point or a longer contract.

Choosing the firm is one chapter of a larger framework. The Marketing Operating System is how we keep this work accountable week by week rather than in a quarterly deck nobody opens. Our D2C brand launch page covers our own approach, our startup marketing page the stage before it, and the D2C launch checklist what should exist before any agency is hired.

Frequently asked questions

Should a Hyderabad D2C brand hire a Hyderabad agency?

Only if the work needs someone in the room: product photography, a founder led film, a weekly sit down. Ad campaigns can be run from anywhere, and on 5 October 2026 seven of the nine agencies ranking for Hyderabad D2C searches were based outside the city. Decide what you need in person first, then decide whether the address matters.

How do performance marketing agencies charge D2C brands?

Three ways: a percentage of ad spend, usually with a minimum; a flat monthly fee; or a flat base plus a bonus tied to revenue. Percentage billing rewards the agency for spending more, so ask what happens to the fee if they recommend spending less.

What return on ad spend should a D2C brand expect?

Treat any average on an agency page as marketing, not a forecast. Return on ad spend depends on your margin, repeat rate, return rate and category far more than on the agency. Ask the agency to model your number from your margin before they quote theirs.

Why is Vridhii last on its own list?

Because a list where the author wins every category is advertising, not advice. We are a small Sainikpuri studio that builds the brand, the store and the search presence before the ads, and we have not published a Hyderabad D2C client beside a dated sales result either. A founder who needs a large Meta ads bench is better served by another name here.

When should a D2C brand start search and AI search work instead of only ads?

The moment paid acquisition becomes the only reason revenue exists. Showing up on Google without paying per click, and being the brand ChatGPT or Gemini names when someone asks for a recommendation, both compound slowly and both cut the share of sales that depends on an auction. Start them while the ads still work, not after they stop.
