Pricing

What Vridhii costs. And what it buys.

Most agencies will not tell you what anything costs until the third call. We publish the rules today and send you the figure tomorrow. The questions below are a discovery call in writing. They take about five minutes and they are deliberately not short, because the answers are what let us send you a real recommendation instead of a price list.

Why we ask first

A price on its own is misleading. so we ask properly

The same figure is either sensible or wasted depending on what you are trying to achieve, what you have already tried, and what a customer is worth to you. A public price list makes you do that matching alone, and most people match themselves to the wrong thing. So we ask the questions we would ask on a first call, you answer them in your own time, and what comes back is a recommendation with a number attached rather than a menu you have to interpret.

Three of the questions want written answers. That is on purpose. If you are comparing quotes across six agencies you will not fill them in, and that is a perfectly reasonable decision for both of us.

How our pricing works

Six rules, every engagement.

01

Measurement comes first

Every engagement includes enquiry tracking, source attribution and regular reporting. It is not an upsell. If we cannot measure the work we will not take it on, because neither of us would know whether it worked.

02

Media spend is yours, and separate

Ad budgets are paid by you, directly to Google, Meta and LinkedIn, on your own account. Our management fee sits separately and is quoted separately. You will never find media buried inside a retainer line.

03

Three months minimum on retainers

Three months is the shortest honest commitment for organic work. Search and AI visibility need six to nine months to compound, so we say that plainly rather than promise a quarter. Self serve content is monthly.

04

The diagnostic is credited

Paid diagnostics come off your first invoice in full if you engage us. We would rather reduce your risk at the start than cut our price at the end.

05

Third party costs pass through

Creator fees, licensing, software, print and talent are billed at cost with the invoice attached. We do not mark up other people's work.

06

We say when we are the wrong fit

If your answers point somewhere we do not play, we will tell you and point you at what does make sense. A badly matched client costs us more than an empty slot does.

What you can buy

Seven things. You need one or two. not all seven ↗

Your answers point at one of these. We send you that one, priced, with what lands each month. We do not send the whole rate card, because a person who opens six options buys none of them.

Drops

Self serve content on a subscription. You brief us, we send finished files in 48 hours, you post them. No calls, no lock in.

Retainers

Four tiers, from a single location business up to companies that already have marketing people and need direction above them.

SEO and AIO

Being found on Google and named inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. One location, growth scale, or competitive and multi location.

Paid ads

Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube. Planned, built, launched and improved weekly. Your budget stays on your own card.

Branding

Personal branding for a named founder, doctor or consultant, and professional branding for the company itself. Two different jobs.

Studios

Filming and production in Sainikpuri. Shoot days, short video retainers, podcasts, ad films and AI production.

Outreach

We build the list of companies you want as customers, find the decision maker, and run the email sequence. Replies land in your inbox.

The discovery call, in writing

Answer these and we will price it.

Five sections, about five minutes. Everything stays between us.

section 1 of 5, about your business

About your business

We ask this first because everything after it depends on what you actually sell and to whom.

Two or three sentences. What you sell, who buys it, and why someone picks you over the next option. 0 characters
How many people work there?

What you need

This decides which of the seven we send you.

What do you want marketing to do in the next six months? Pick the one that matters most. There is usually only one.
Which of these do you think you need? Tick everything that applies. We will tell you honestly if you have ticked more than you need.

Where you are now

The most useful section for us, and the one most people skip on a first call.

Which is closest to your situation?
Agencies, freelancers, in-house attempts, ads you ran yourself. What worked, what did not, and what it cost in time or money. This is the single most useful thing you can tell us. 0 characters
Referrals, walk ins, marketplaces, a sales team, repeat business. Roughly what share comes from each. 0 characters
What is one new customer worth to you in the first year? A rough figure is fine. It tells us what a sensible acquisition cost looks like for you.

Budget and timing

Being straight here saves us both a wasted call.

Monthly marketing budget, including ad spend
When do you want to start?
Do you sign off on the budget?
Be specific. A number, a position, a kind of customer you are not reaching today. Vague answers here usually mean the project is not ready, and we would rather find that out now than on month three. 0 characters

Where to send it

One working day, written by a person who has read your answers.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask.

Why do I have to answer all this to see your prices?

Because a price without context is misleading, and because the answers change what we would recommend. The three written questions also tell us whether this is a real project. If you are collecting quotes from six agencies you will not fill them in, and that saves us both a call neither of us wanted.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Retainers start at a level that assumes you want the work published, reported on and managed for you. Below that we offer a self serve content subscription with monthly billing and no lock in, and you see that price on screen the moment you finish the questions. Both are honest options.

Is the ad budget included in your fee?

No. Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn, on your own account. Our management fee is separate and is a percentage of that spend, with a floor under it. You will never find media buried inside a retainer line on any quote we send.

How long do I have to commit for?

Retainers run on a three month minimum, because three months is the shortest honest commitment for organic work. Search and AI visibility take six to nine months to compound and we would rather say that than promise a quarter. Self serve content plans are monthly and cancel any time.

What happens to my answers?

They go into a private form only we can see, and they are used to prepare your recommendation. We do not sell, share or trade them, we do not add you to a mailing list unless you tick the optional box, and you can ask us to delete the lot at any point.

What if I am not a fit?

We will tell you, and we will say where to go instead. There are things we do not do at all: taking over a website somebody else built, suppressing negative reviews, and buying followers. Saying so early costs us a lead and saves you three months.

Rather just ask?

If you have one specific question, the form is overkill. Message us and a person will answer it.
